RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. If you received an item that was the incorrect size/item, please send an email to [email protected] with your first and last name and your order number, and we would be happy to resolve your problem. There is a five day grace period upon arrival of your item to contact us about your defected item or wrong product.
TRACKING
Once you have you received your order confirmation email, please allow 1-2 days for your tracking number to update. Once your package leaves our facility, we do not have any control or contact with it, and you will need to get in contact with the courier to get information on your package. If your order has been marked as delivered and you have not received it, please be in contact with the courier for any concerns that you may have about your package.
SHIPPING
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. You will receive an order confirmation via email the day your order is packaged and sent out. When ordering during the busier times of the year (Black Friday, Christmas, Etc.) please allow up to another 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out, as these times do cause delays in shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We unfortunately do not offer this service, but we do ship to all 50 states in the U.S. We are currently in the process of adding worldwide shipping to our list of services, so stay tuned!
